Defining Agent-to-Agent Interaction

Enterprise AI often feels like a "black box" to the end user. My challenge was to visualize how autonomous agents communicate with each other before presenting insights. I moved beyond simple "chatbot" interfaces and mapped out core Agent-to-Agent workflows. This shifted the paradigm from manual querying to proactive reporting, where the system handles background complexity and only surfaces high-value "interaction patterns" that require human decision-making.

MULTIMODAL INTERFACES

Humanizing Complex Data Models

Raw AI outputs are often too dense for non-technical Executive VPs. I designed multimodal interfaces that seamlessly toggle between conversational summaries and deep-dive data visualizations. By simplifying these complex data models into accessible pathways, I significantly reduced cognitive load. This ensured that users could trust the AI's recommendations immediately, rather than spending time parsing raw security logs.

Codifying the AI Pattern Library

Consistency creates trust. I identified and documented 10+ reusable interaction patterns that are now integrated into the wider Knox product suite. This "AI Pattern Library" ensures that as Samsung scales its AI offerings, every touchpoint — whether for asset tracking or security reporting—follows a consistent, accessible, and "human-centred" framework.
